PRICESAll prices (including 21% VAT) are expressed in Euros and do not include shipping costs.*PAYMENTSWe entrust the shipping of our products exclusively to DHL.
The shipping costs for the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) of 35€ are at the customer's expense and are free of charge for all orders over 450€.
The shipping costs for Germany, Denmark, France and Monaco of 40€ are at the customer's expense and are free of charge for all orders over 450€.
For all other European countries (Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden), shipping costs of 45€ are at the customer's expense and are free for all orders over 450€.
The shipping time is 1 to 3 working days depending on the country of destination.
We deliver exclusively within the European zone with our shipping partner DHL.
*EXCHANGEExchanging your purchase is not possible. You have to return it and place a new order.*RETURNSIf you are not completely satisfied with the product, please email us at sartorialcorner@outlook.com within 10 working days of receiving your order, stating the reason for the return.
We will send you a link to download the returns form.
Please return your item in its original packaging, with all labels attached, unworn and in the same condition as when you received it.
You can drop off your parcel at any DHL collection point or at your nearest DHL depot.
Please note that you are responsible for your parcel until we receive it.
If you return your entire order to us in good condition, the refund, excluding return postage, will be processed within 10 working days of us receiving your return.
If you return part of your order to us in good condition, the refund, excluding shipping and return postage, will be processed within 10 working days of us receiving your return.
Return costs for the Benelux countries (Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands) are 35€.
Return costs for Germany, Denmark, France and Monaco are 40€.

If we need to repackage the items, we will deduct 10% from the refund amount.
If the items are damaged or in a condition unsuitable for sale, we cannot process a refund. In this case, if you ask us to return the items to you, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
We will not cover the return costs for items that are not collected.
