If you are not completely satisfied with the product, please send us an e-mail with the reason for the return within 5 working days to sartorialcorner@outlook.com.
We will send you the link to download the return form.
Send your return in the original packaging, with all labels, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.
Your package can be dropped off at any DHL pick-up location or your nearest DHL depot.
Please remember that your package is your responsibility until we receive it.
Once we have received your return in good condition, the refund excluding postage and return costs will be made within 5 working days.
The return shipping costs for the Benelux (Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands) are €35.
The return postage for Germany, Denmark and France is €40.
For all other European countries (Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden) the return shipping costs are €45.
If we have to repackage the goods, we will deduct 10% of the refunded amount.
If the goods are damaged or in a condition unfit for sale, we cannot make the refund. In this case, if you ask us to send the goods back to you, you will have to pay the shipping costs.
We will not pay for the cost of returning any goods not collected.
